  1. No Refunds for Change of Mind: We understand that preferences can change, and for this reason, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchased item. Instead, we provide an exchange option for another item you may prefer, accompanied by a 20% restocking fee. This policy is designed to offer you a flexible solution. 
  1. 7-Day Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods: Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of your order if you find that the item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product. Our team will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right. Any concerns related to design or quality should be raised within 7 days of receiving the goods. 
  1. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Ensure you have the receipt or valid proof of purchase.
